Huygens Wave Theory of Light Definition

Huygens Wave Theory of Light

In 1676, Huygens proposed this theory, According to this theory:

Light propagates in space in the form of waves.

It can travel in space as well as in a medium.

Light does not travel in a straight line but in sine wave form.

Velocity of light is greater in rarer medium.

Medium is not necessary for propagation.

As for the educational process itself, most of it is independent work. Be prepared that you will have to spend several hours a day reading books. The workload can be large, especially in disciplines such as economics, finance or accounting, which usually only 70% of the group successfully passes. Therefore, if you “skipped” the whole semester, then it will be simply impossible to make up for lost time. Well, if you have any questions for the teacher, then at the consultation, which is held once a week, you can clarify all the points you do not understand.
