1st Year Biology Chapter # 12 & 13 (Nutrition & Gaseous Exchange)
Tell your child that in case of excitement, you can take a few deep breaths in and out, stretch your fingers and hands, or do gymnastics for the face.
There are several types of systems that a person creates in one way or another:
he himself as an activist striving to live happily, interestingly and successfully;
an engineering working system that is created by a team with the participation of a human agent;
a project team that can be developed or created by a human agent;
and further on, an enterprise, industry, city, country, world, which can be changed for the better by a person-doer.
The approach to the creation of iron and human systems is universal, although at the applied level, the creation of each system has its own significant nuances.
If a systematic methodology is introduced into the process of self-development and training of a person, then it will become interesting for business people to apply the methodology to themselves, to the development of children. The touch of psychologism will go away, and self-development will cease to be only the province of the humanities.
The textbook “Systemic Self-Development” takes just such a first step towards applying systems thinking to the human-doer system. Literally, the concepts of systems thinking are used to model the actor and explain how to create such a successful system.
