The driving role of education in raising awareness of sustainable development
UNESCO has released a report that analyzes the education plans and curriculum frameworks of some 50 countries with regard to sustainable development. The Organization notes that more than half of them make no reference to climate change, while only 19% are concerned about biodiversity. The objectives are:
