Short Summary
The narrative follows Zimal, a sensible girl whose wedding procession turns away on her wedding day due to her brother's unruly behaviour. To save her family's honour, her father's close friend Javed Sahab steps in, marrying Zimal to his rebellious and cold son, Moosa Khan. Moosa accepts the marriage solely out of respect for his father, initially treating Zimal with harsh indifference.
While both Zimal and her former lover Kashif struggle with their sudden separation, Zimal remains resilient and gradually wins over her new family, including her stepbrother-in-law Samar. Meanwhile, Moosa's obsessive cousin Rimsha attempts to destroy their bond through blackmail and staged events, creating temporary doubt between the couple. However, Moosa clear his name with evidence, bringing him and Zimal closer together.
The story reaches an emotional turning point when Moosa uncovers hidden family truths regarding his stepmother's past sacrifices, leading to a deep emotional reconciliation. With past misunderstandings cleared, Moosa and Zimal fully embrace their relationship, concluding the story on a peaceful note.
