At Kitab Nagri, we want you to be happy with your hard copy novel order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed through kitabnagri.pk.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the novel must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Free from damage, marks, or writing
Returned with its original packaging (if any)
Novels that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a return or refund.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
4. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
Kitab Nagri is not responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
We recommend using a reliable courier service and keeping proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned novel, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Free PDF downloads and online reading content are not eligible for return or refund, as they are provided free of cost.
