Lee began her acting career with playwright and movie producer Jang Jin’s stage plays. She then appeared in the Christian-themed outside the box film Pruning the Grapevine, while also performing in supporting parts in films and television shows. It was her supporting part in the popular high school production Boys Over Flowers that brought her widespread recognition in 2009.

At the time, Boys Over Flowers was responsible for her first starring role in the weekend performance Smile, You. After playing the role of a bewildered life partner to a goal-oriented reserve supervisor in the film Midas, Lee returned to the lighter comedy class in the body-swapping television programme Big, which was written by the Hong sisters. The show was produced by ABC. In 2013, she had a starring role in another romantic comedy titled All About My Romance, which was about a possible relationship between two politicians who were in opposition to one other. After this, in 2014, she starred in the film Cunning Single Lady, in which she portrayed the main character, a woman who plots to get her ex-boyfriend back now that he is successful and wealthy.

After an acting hiatus of three years, Lee appeared in the SBS drama Come Back Mister with Rain, where she had a successful comeback. In February of 2016, the arrangement began broadcasting, and Lee’s performance garnered a lot of praise from the audience. In 2018, Lee is scheduled to make his return with a weekend dramatisation for SBS titled “Fates and Furies.” She will be reunited with her former co-star Joo Sang-wook from the show Cunning Single Lady in the roles of the principal protagonists.

Lee Byung-hun, an actor, is Lee Min-husband, jung’s and the couple has two children together. Their wedding took place at the Grand Hyatt Seoul on August 10, 2013. In 2006, the pair dated for just a short time before deciding to continue their relationship the following year in 2012.
