What is Refraction of Light

The change in the direction and velocity of light as it enters from one medium to another is known as Refraction of Light.

Many private colleges in Moscow are located right at the universities so that students can get used to student life and navigate the entire learning process. This is important, because in this way they recruit staff from the best teachers in the region. Corruption in such institutions is unacceptable and senseless given the high level of salaries, so students receive grades for knowledge, not money, which is important for future specialists.
