In the cooking school the atmosphere is fun and educational.
There is always plenty of opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into supposedly demanding techniques. Each session includes tasting all of the food that has been made, further enhancing your ability to become a skilled home cook.
The main cooking school, Rosalind Lunatic Asylum, is obsessed with food. She has worked as a professional chef, running her own cooking business and teaching cooking to both adults and children for many years. She feels very strongly that the teaching itself can delight even the most insecure cook demystifying cooking methods and jargon.
