“It is estimated that the current generation will do between 12 and 14 jobs in their lifetime, many of which will be digital. So today, there is a real challenge in training students to use these tools. The school must move with society on this issue. The question is no longer “why digital at school”, but how ? We must not miss the digital transition of society”, explains Jean François Cerisier, professor at the University of Poitiers and director of the Techné laboratory.
According to Audran le Baron, no less than 60,000 classes will be equipped at the start of 2022. The ministry has also launched the same type of reflection on colleges and high schools and will soon achieve results to take stock of the situation.
