Describe the Process of Respiration in Plants

Process of Respiration in Plants

The process of respiration in plants continues day and night.

Entry of Oxygen:

Oxygen from air spaces on leaves diffused into tissues and cells. Then this oxygen dissolves in film of water present over cells. In cells this oxygen oxidizes the carbohydrates to produce energy.

Excretion of Co2:

Some carbon dioxide is used in photosynthesis. Remaining is passed out through Ienticels and stomata.

Water:

Water produced in this process becomes a part of already present water.

Rate of Respiration:

This process takes with faster rate in those parts, which have rapid growth like growing seeds, buds etc because these parts require more energy to grow.

For example, children with a leading auditory channel understand and remember material better if they listen to it and discuss it out loud with the other person. For such a child, the best way to learn a topic or poem is to record it on audio and listen to it several times. And, of course, audiobooks are safe for eyesight and in terms of allergens and foreign germs. They, like reading aloud, help develop imagination and even speech – after all, the child hears a well-delivered voice of the announcer (or mom, dad, grandmother) and โ€œsavesโ€ it as a sample in his โ€œsettingsโ€.
