What are the Respiratory Diseases Caused by Smoking

Respiratory Diseases Caused by Smoking

Bronchitis:

The smoking is produce inflammation of respiratory tract. This disease is called bronchitis. The attack of this disease is sudden and short lived. In this disease air passage gets narrow and produce difficulty in breathing.

Lungs Cancer:

This is very dangerous disease. It is caused by continuous smoking. The smoke damages the air sacs (alveoli) and bronchioles. In the early stage it has no symptoms. But when it goes on it is very painful and dangerous and may even lead to death.

Hypnotic. If you read a paper book before bedtime, then it has a calming effect and helps you fall asleep faster. In the electronic version, a bright screen drives sleep and a person spends longer time reading to the detriment of health. These are, in my opinion, the main differences. But everyone chooses what he likes best.
