Early Years Rajwar was born in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, although she spent her childhood in her old neighbourhood of Haldwani, Uttarakhand. She had her education at Bareilly. She attended Nirmala Convent School and afterwards pursued her post-graduate education at D.B.S Kumaun University in Nanital. She is the second of three children and is the middle child. She graduated from the National School of Drama in New Delhi in 1997 before continuing her education elsewhere.

After graduating from the National School of Drama, she moved to Mumbai and appeared in a number of Bollywood films, including Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon (2003), Buddha Mar Gaya (2007), The White Elephant on IMDb (2009), Dark parody Bollywood Hindi motion picture Sanket City on YouTube directed by Pankaj Advani (2009), and Ek Chalis Ki Last Local (2008). It was her role as Chakli, a Mumbai hoodlum, in Ek Chal She appeared as an actress in the two-minute suspense film PAAP KA ANTH, which was uploaded to YouTube and received gold in the Media category of the Abby Awards in 2005.
