Reading is when people install new programs in their brains. Neurophysiologist David Lewis and colleagues have conducted a study on how different types of activity can help relieve stress. A group of volunteers was put into a state of stress, and then offered to relieve this stress using one method or another. It turned out that reading is the most effective anti-stress. Six minutes of reading was enough to relax the muscles and normalize the heart rate. Reading has bypassed methods such as listening to music, drinking tea, and walking. During reading, a person chews food more slowly, as a result of which food enters the stomach in a more crushed form and is well saturated with digestive juices.
Note: Some schools practice online lessons. They advance “hang out” on their websites information about the schedule of classes and invite students to join the group in online mode. Communication occurs in the chat. The teacher gives a lecture, answers questions and helps to solve the problems arising in the learning process. This method is practiced by the teachers of courses with a small audience. To monitor the success of students, teachers develop test systems. There are tests for self-control and final tests. Based on the results of the final courses, the teacher gets an idea of the student’s progress. To calculate the test results, various automated systems are used. Educational institutions with a good reputation necessarily provide for the possibility of short-term full-time education in the curriculum. In fact, these are ordinary sessions of correspondence students. During the sessions, students listen to lectures, conduct practical and laboratory work, take part in seminars, get consultations, pass exams and pass exams. The main purpose of these sessions is to test students’ knowledge and their readiness for further independent work.
